Good nutrition is very important in early childhood, and we strive to provide your child with a healthy, well-balanced, home-cooked diet. Meals include: breakfast, snacks, lunch and after-nap snacks. Our chef, Xenia, prepares meals with great love and care as she would for her own grandchildren.
The daily organic diet includes oatmeal, eggs, home-cooked soups, fish, poultry, meat, fresh vegetables, and a variety of fruits and yogurts for snacks. Since our inception, several generations of preschoolers have enjoyed Xenia’s “secret” recipe for scrambled eggs, “kotlety” (Russian burgers), and mushroom, lentil and hearty chicken soup with vermicelli.
We are a nut-free daycare and pay great attention to any allergy issues.
